Each new Model would pass a 5000+km Road Test before coming to the market.
Fatigue Test(vertical & horizontal)
VIVINIU applies Fatigue Testing in both vertical and horizontal orientations on bike frames.
Dynamic Loading and Fatigue Test
Dynamic Loading Tests are applied on bike frames to ensure quality.
Impact Test from Front and Rear
Drop Impact Test for the rear end of the frame when stabilizing the front folk.
E-bike Hill Climb Test
Hill-Climbing Tests on a 25% incline are applied on bikes to measure the durability of motors and controllers.
