    The warranty period for the VIVINIU’s Ebike is as follows: If the customer discovers any non-human damage within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.

    1. Frame and Fork: The warranty period for the frame and fork is 2 years from the date of purchase.
    2. Electrical Components: The warranty period for the motor, battery, and controller is 1 year from the date of purchase.
    3. Mechanical Components: All other mechanical components, such as brakes and gears, are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
    4. Accessories: Accessories, such as lights and racks, are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.
